Want to celebrate Earth Day by planting a tree? Tri-County Conewago Creek Association in partnership with Penn State’s Greening the Lower Susquehanna Program is holding a volunteer planting with a Conewago streamside landowner on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 1-3pm at 1010 Hershey Road, Elizabethtown. Here is your chance to help improve water quality and add important native habitat to the Conewago watershed. The event will take place rain or shine. Please dress for the weather and expect to get muddy. We recommend wearing boots and work gloves and bringing sunscreen, bug spray, and a water bottle.
